These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”, or “Client”) and Steven's Lawns (“Steven's Lawns”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By scheduling, purchasing, or using any landscaping or lawn care services from Steven's Lawns, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Our Services

Steven's Lawns provides professional residential and commercial landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance services.

Services may include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, seasonal clean-ups, irrigation, planting, landscape design, and related maintenance.

We aim to deliver consistent, high-quality, and dependable service to keep your property looking its best year-round.


2. Estimates & Scheduling

All estimates are based on the property condition and details available at the time of quote.

Prices may change if the property scope, size, or requested services change.

Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, seasonal demand, and crew availability.


3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area on your property.

Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and obstacles are removed before our arrival.

Notify us in advance of hazards such as irrigation lines, electrical wiring, or uneven ground.

If our crew cannot access the property, a service call fee may apply.


4. Payments & Billing

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major payment methods, including card and online payment.

For recurring plans, you authorize Steven's Lawns to automatically process payments using your preferred method.

Late payments may result in a service pause and additional fees.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service charge.

In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment for the next available day.


6. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not happy with a service, notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will return to make reasonable corrections at no extra cost.

Refunds are not provided for completed services except where required by law.


7. Property Damage

We take every precaution to prevent property damage.

Please report any accidental damage within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly.

Steven's Lawns is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden objects, or hazards not disclosed before service.


8. Safety & Liability

Please keep children and pets indoors during service.

Our team follows all safety procedures and is fully insured.

However, Steven's Lawns is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from situations beyond our control (including weather, pests, or unreported hazards).


9. Seasonal & Recurring Services

For ongoing or seasonal service plans, work continues automatically at the agreed frequency (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

You may cancel with 7 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled visit.

Prepaid seasonal packages are non-refundable once service begins.


10. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing.

No personal information will be shared.

If you prefer we do not use images of your property, please notify us in writing at [email protected].


11. Communication & Messaging

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive messages from Steven's Lawns related to scheduling, service updates, invoices, and limited promotional offers.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.


12. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Landscaping services depend on weather conditions.

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule due to rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions.

We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steven's Lawns’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that service.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as property value changes or loss of use.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steven's Lawns, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, negligence, or failure to follow safety or access instructions.


15. SMS Terms & Conditions (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Steven's Lawns regarding scheduling, reminders, updates, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

We may use an automated system to send messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continuing to use our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Wyoming or the nearest jurisdiction where Steven's Lawns operates.
