This SMS & Messaging Terms & Disclosure (“SMS Terms”) explains how Steven's Lawns (“Steven's Lawns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends text and multimedia messages (SMS/MMS) to you, what you consent to when you provide your phone number, and how you can manage or stop messages.
These terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What You Are Consenting To
By providing a mobile phone number to Steven's Lawns and/or checking the consent box on our website or form, you agree that Steven's Lawns and its service providers may send you automated and manually sent SMS/MMS messages to that number for scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, billing, and promotional purposes, as described below.
You consent to receive messages from:
Steven's Lawns and its authorized service providers (including messaging carriers such as Twilio).

Enter your phone number on a Steven's Lawns website or form and check the consent box.
Provide your phone number verbally or in writing during service booking and confirm consent.

“By signing up, I agree to receive SMS and email messages from Steven's Lawns at the number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy & Terms apply.”
We retain records of your consent (including timestamp, form, method, and IP address) for compliance.
5. How to Opt Out / Unsubscribe
To stop receiving promotional SMS/MMS messages from Steven's Lawns, reply STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further marketing messages will be sent to that number.
You may still receive transactional messages (such as appointment or billing confirmations) as long as you remain a customer.

7. Opt-In Records & Carrier Compliance
For A2P/10DLC and carrier compliance, Steven's Lawns maintains records of:
Consent details and signup forms.
Message templates.
Delivery receipts and opt-out logs.
We may share these records with carriers or regulators if required by law.
8. Third-Party Messaging Providers & Delivery
We use trusted third-party messaging platforms and carriers to deliver messages.
While we monitor delivery quality, Steven's Lawns is not responsible for carrier filtering, delays, or blocking.
Messages may be routed through carriers under their own terms of service.
9. Privacy & Data Use

We use phone numbers only for service delivery, scheduling, billing, and marketing (when consented).
We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers with third parties.
